You will be responsible for creating, editing and maintaining e-learning content such as videos and courses whilst also delivering IT training solutions to new and existing staff across all of our offices. We are currently looking for a Billing Assistant to support with the preparation and dispatch of Work in Progress (WIP) for the team in agreed timelines. The firm currently has a decentralized billing approach, however there is a need to produce some bills centrally for a few teams and process the regular monthly WIP management routines.A larger project is currently underway to replace the firms Practice Management System from Elite Enterprise to 3E. The role will evolve over the next 12 months and once 3E is in place the firm will undertake more central billing, and a full team will need to be in place.
