1. TVG Media Limited
Advised the founders of TVG Media Limited (known as “The Pixel”), on the management buyout of the company by a 10 strong management team. The Pixel is a leading e-commerce agency with a number of blue-chip clients.
2. Nylaplas Engineering Ltd
Advised the shareholders on the sale of the entire issued share capital of Nylaplas Engineering Limited, a manufacturer of precision plastic components and supply of high-performance polymers, to Vink UK Limited.

Acted for Channel Assist Limited on its sale to an Employee Ownership Trust.
16. Newdez Limited t/a ifaDASH
Acted for the shareholders of software as a service (SaaS) business Newdez Ltd., trading as ifaDASH, in its sale to Fintel plc.

Acted for Longacre Group on the sale of independent gift, loyalty, and membership cards supplier, Incodia International to Irish based
Woodberry Packaging, part of the Woodberry Capital group.
8. Anticimex Group
Acted for the Swedish headquartered Anticimex Group on its acquisition of Action Pest Control Limited.
