Clarke Willmott’s London office achieves top rankings in 2025 Chambers & Partners guide

The London office of national law firm Clarke Willmott LLP has achieved top-tier rankings once again in the 2025 edition of the Chambers and Partners Guide.

The office has retained its Band 3 ranking in the guide for its social housing offering in the competitive London area.

In the individual rankings, social housing solicitor, partner Kate Silverman has retained her Band 3 ranking while Emily Hope has been named an ‘associate to watch’.

Nationally, the firm is ranked in 29 practice areas across its seven regional offices, with four practice areas achieving the top Band 1 ranking in the guide. Clarke Willmott’s lawyers are recognised in 63 individual rankings with eight Band 1 rankings.

Clarke Willmott CEO Peter Swinburn, who has been elevated to the rank of Eminent Practitioner for Real Estate in the South, said: “We are delighted with this year’s Chambers and Partners rankings, which closely followed our equally impressive Legal 500 results earlier this month.

“To rank in 29 specialist practice areas with 63 of our people receiving recommendations highlights our continued commitment to delivering incredible results to our clients and maintaining the high standards of legal service we have become known for.

“The excellent testimonials from our clients who are quoted in the guide are always rewarding to read and much appreciated by our talented and hard-working lawyers. It is an honour to receive this recognition from Chambers and Partners, which reflects the dedication, skill, and hard work of our entire team.”

Chambers and Partners differentiates the best legal talent by identifying and ranking law firms and lawyers globally.

Clarke Willmott LLP is a national law firm with seven offices across the country in Birmingham, Bristol, Cardiff, London, Manchester, Southampton and Taunton. This year the firm is celebrating its 135th anniversary.
