Adam Connors joins Clarke Willmott in Taunton

Corporate lawyer Adam Connors has joined Clarke Willmott as an associate in our Taunton office.

Adam advises on corporate matters from company incorporation and shareholder agreements through to fundraisings, acquisitions and disposals.

He joins Clarke Willmott after nine years with one of the largest international equity crowdfunding companies, where he advised on over 1,700 investment rounds raising more than £1 billion.

Kirill Bingham, who heads up our Taunton corporate team, said: “The Taunton office is continuing on its growth trajectory and as part of this we are delighted to welcome Adam into our corporate team.

“He has a wealth of experience, particularly in relation to investments and early-stage businesses across a variety of sectors, and his addition will bolster and complement the work of myself and Tom Potts, my fellow corporate partner.”
