We spoke to Taunton-based partner Mark Buckerfield and partner Samantha Grimwood, from our Bristol office, to find out more about the work they do, their relationship with clients and how you can get in touch about working with the team.
Can you provide a brief overview of private property and agriculture at Clarke Willmott?
The private property and agriculture team is led by partners Mark Buckerfield and Rod Lloyd-Jones, in Taunton, and Samantha Grimwood in either Taunton or Bristol, but serving clients across England and Wales. Other team members include Helen Lock, Kerry Eiserbeck, Grace Phillips, Rebecca Browne and James Knott.
Our team boasts vast experience, with most of our lawyers having accumulated over 10 years of practice since their qualification and some over 20.
Mark joined the firm in 2001. When asked about his perception of the team, he had this to say:

While the team is predominantly based in the Taunton and Bristol offices, it extends its private property and agricultural support services to clients nationwide. Clarke Willmott maintains a network of offices across the country, which also includes Birmingham, Cardiff, London, Manchester, and Southampton.
