Naomi is a partner in our Property Litigation team, and has extensive experience in a broad spectrum of commercial property disputes and advisory work within both the private and public sectors. She has advised central government departments, housing developers, retailers, PLCs and private individuals on issues ranging from high value and complex litigation to routine estate management.
Naomi uses her many years of experience to support clients in achieving successful outcomes with proactive advice and risk mitigation through to guiding them in formal dispute resolution processes, to include litigation, expert determination and mediation.
Naomi has a particular expertise in advisory support and development work across a range of contentious issues including options, development and promotion agreements and land acquisition and clearance.
Naomi is a member of the Property Litigation Association.
