Madeline advises clients on a variety of family law matters, covering all aspects of matrimonial finance and private children law.

Madeline qualified as a family solicitor in August 2024 having undertaken her training at Clarke Willmott following completion of her law degree at the University of Exeter. Throughout Madeline’s training she gained experience within multiple teams across the firm, enabling her to tap into knowledge developed in other relevant areas of law including Property and Succession Planning.

Prior to qualifying into the family team Madeline spent over a year in the firm’s specialist Agricultural Disputes team which informs her practice, particularly when dealing with the breakdown of marriage in farming families and cases with a civil litigation element such as TOLATA proceedings.

Madeline has experience in a range of matters including cases involving farming partnerships/businesses, cross-border issues, and trust arrangements.

Madeline is a member of Resolution who are a community of family justice professionals who commit to a Code of Practice and resolving issues in a constructive way.
