Lorna deals with complex tenancy matters and advises social housing landlords on all aspects of housing management.
Lorna is an Associate in Clarke Willmott’s Housing Management Team in London. Lorna has extensive experience of working with social landlord clients having worked as an in-house lawyer for a local authority and for a registered provider. This experience brings a unique edge to her varied practice as Lorna brings an understanding of the complexities and challenges that her clients face. Lorna acts for Local Authorities and Registered Providers in possession claims, trespass cases, advocacy in the county court, tenancy fraud, succession, anti-social behaviour, unlawful occupation of property, disrepair, injunctions, and policy advice. Lorna also attends legal surgeries and provides advice to clients.
Lorna also has consultancy experience having previously worked as a legal consultant for a property management company and prior to joining Clarke Willmott, she worked for a leading London law firm.
