Kelly is an associate solicitor in our Property Litigation team and qualified as a solicitor in 2018. Kelly advises on all property disputes, relating to both residential and commercial property. However, she has a specialism in commercial disputes such as; dilapidations, claims relating to breach of covenants, specific performance claims, disputes regarding breaks and forfeiture/possession claims. Kelly also deals with judicial reviews and advises clients in respect of the Building Safety Act 2022.

Experience
Kelly also has telecoms experience. Prior to joining Clarke Willmott, Kelly represented a land owner in responding to operators’ applications seeking code rights. Kelly successfully negotiated the removal of apparatus to allow for the land owner’s proposed development and opposed an application for code rights on an alternative site.
