Hannah Atkins

Hannah is an Associate in the Plot Sales team specialising in preparing the contract packs for the sale of shared ownerships houses and flats.

Hannah’s expertise includes working with registered proprietors located across the south east and south west of England and also in London, preparing the leases, transfers, sale agreements and title memoranda necessary for the sale of shared ownership houses and flats.

Hannah joined Clarke Willmott in 2015 after working in the plot sales team at Devonshires LLP for over five years. Hannah began her career in the City, first at Slaughter and May and then at Field Fisher Waterhouse before moving in house to a FTSE 250 company and then to Devonshires LLP.

Experience

• Hannah qualified as a solicitor in 2002 and initially worked as a commercial property solicitor on a wide range of matters including landlord and tenant work, acquisitions and disposals, construction and corporate support work.
• Hannah moved in house in 2006 to work as a member of the legal team in the head office of a multi-national licensed offices business dealing mainly with client contracts, property transactions and company secretarial matters.
• Hannah moved to Devonshires in 2009 to work part time in its Low Cost Housing plot sales team acting for registered providers on the preparation of contract packs for the sale of shared ownerships houses and flats.
