Emily Jenkins

Emily is a Senior Associate in the Commercial & Private Client Litigation team specialising in contentious probate and trusts, agricultural and agri-business disputes and commercial disputes.

Emily joined Clarke Willmott in 2015 after studying at the University of Bristol and training at Veale Wasbrough Vizards LLP in Bristol.

Emily is a member of the Agricultural Lawyers Association.

Experience

• Bringing and defending claims under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975 by spouses, partners, children and dependants for further provision from an estate.
• Bringing and defending claims against executors and trustees for incorrect administration of an estate or trust (breach of trust / maladministration).
• Advising in relation to agricultural tenancies, farm partnership disputes as well as a range disputes relating to farming partnerships and farming businesses.
• Advising businesses in a range of commercial disputes including breach of contract and debt disputes.
