Charlotte Bunch is an Associate in Clarke Willmott’s Southampton Commercial Property team.
Charlotte deals with a wide range of commercial property matters including the acquisition and sale of freehold leasehold properties, landlord and tenant matters acting either party, option agreements, acting for developers in the acquisition of development property and subsequent disposal and securitisation work acting for both lenders and borrowers. Charlotte also provides property support on corporate transactions.
Charlotte graduated from the University of Southampton with an upper-second class Law degree before completing the Legal Practice Course at The University of Law in Guildford with a distinction in 2017. Charlotte qualified as a solicitor in September 2017 and subsequently gained experience at firms throughout the Solent and Dorset regions before joining Clarke Willmott.
