Benjamin assists with advising clients on the transactional aspects of construction law with particular experience in the drafting and negotiation of building contracts, framework agreements, professional appointments and other connected construction agreements.
Benjamin is a solicitor within Clarke Willmott’s construction team with a focus on non-contentious construction matters.
Benjamin spent six years working at Eversheds Sutherland (five of which were with its non-contentious construction team) as an apprentice solicitor and qualified as a solicitor in March 2024. Benjamin joined Clarke Willmott in April 2024.
