Ben Tasker is a solicitor in the private capital team specialising in in wills, trusts, estate planning, powers of attorney and advance decisions.
His expertise includes assisting clients plan for their future in a tax efficient manner, advising on the options available to them in order to pass on wealth in a way that is tax efficient and achieves their own objectives.
Ben has extensive experience in advising and working with vulnerable clients and their families particularly in relation to wealth preservation.
Ben also advises clients on the options available to them if they were to become unable to manage their own affairs, whether temporarily or permanently.
Ben joined Clarke Willmott in 2013 after studying at Plymouth University.
Ben is a member of the Wills and Inheritance Quality Scheme.
