Ariaan is a Senior Associate in Clarke Willmott’s Southampton Commercial Property team. She deals with a wide range of commercial property matters including acquisition and sale of freehold and leasehold properties, landlord and tenant matters and securitisation work acting for both borrowers and lending institutions. Ariaan also has experience of ground rent reversion investments.
