Aman advises on all aspects of commercial property including due diligence, landlord and tenant work, investments, acquisitions, disposals and general estate management.
Aman graduated from Cardiff University in 2007 following which he acquired around eight years experience working as a paralegal at law firms in Cardiff and Bristol ranging from a small high street practice through to an international law firm. Aman went on to complete his training contract at a regional law firm in the South West and qualified as a solicitor in 2017. Aman joined Clarke Willmott in November 2021 as an Associate in the Commercial Property team in Bristol after working at Bevan Brittan LLP.
Experience
Aman has extensive experience acting for clients in both the public and private sectors dealing with all aspects of commercial property including projects to regularise undocumented leasehold occupancies nationally and land disposals involving the negotiation of complex overage deeds.
