Adam provides efficient and practical corporate advice from company incorporation and shareholders’ agreements through fundraisings to acquisitions and disposals.
Adam joined Clarke Willmott in 2024 and advises on a range of corporate matters. Prior to joining the firm, Adam spent nine years working in-house at one of the largest international equity crowdfunding companies. During this time he gained extensive experience with seed and high growth companies completing early stage funding rounds across a variety of sectors and within regulated environments. He also took a leading role in advising the company on post-funding corporate actions from the portfolio of over 1,000 companies, including restructuring, debt and equity fundraising and acquisitions.
