Following the introduction of the new Employment Rights Bill, Clarke Willmott’s Employment partner Louise Rogers will look to untangle Labour’s fundamental reforms to the employment landscape and provide insight into the key considerations for employers as a result.

Tom Martin, Employee Benefits Consultant at Mattioli Woods, will be discussing the importance of employee wellbeing and exploring how it can be linked to any relevant measures announced by the government in the expected budget on 30 October. This may include policies addressing mental health support, financial wellness and employee health, all of which are crucial for fostering a healthier and more productive work force.
