About our Cardiff office

We’ve been in Cardiff since 2015. Being in South Wales every day has allowed us to build on the relationships we already had in the region and to create new connections. Most of our lawyers have spent their careers working in and understanding the issues that affect the Welsh economy; the impact of devolution through Welsh government; and the wider business community.

Our team brings the specialist knowledge, entrepreneurial spirit, and client-focused attitude that Clarke Willmott prides itself on.

We are recognised for our work in property and our top-rated social housing team has a strong presence in Cardiff. Our clients include developers, managers and investors and we provide legal advice on all aspects of real estate and construction.

Our banking and finance solicitors are experts in property, social housing and education finance and we act for both funders and borrowers.

As part of a national law firm, our local expertise is supported by national resources across Wales and England and we offer a wide range of business and private client legal services to our clients.

Our work in the community

As part of our commitment to corporate social responsibility, each of our of offices choses a charity to support for a two year period. In Cardiff, our office charity is currently Llamau. Llamau believes that no young person or vulnerable woman should ever have to experience homelessness. Their mission is to eradicate homelessness for young people and vulnerable women. But for thousands of the most vulnerable people in Wales, homelessness is a frightening reality.
