We have an exciting opportunity for a commercial property partner to join our national property division.

This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious commercial property partner to join us to undertake a broad range of the highest quality commercial property investment work.
Our experienced team of asset management lawyers provides a comprehensive service throughout the lifecycle of a real estate asset, from acquisition to management and disposal. We manage the assets of a wide range of clients across the UK, including the retail, office and industrial sectors.
We understand the importance of effective capital utilisation to protect capital values, especially in the current market. We appreciate that our clients need their legal advisors to act quickly and efficiently. The support we provide is timely, efficient and aligned with our clients’ priorities.
We are looking to appoint a Partner with a following who will have a book of work to feed a team. Your focus will be on investment work primarily acting for funds and to build on our existing reputation.

This role is right for you if:
You are dynamic, talented, ambitious, enthusiastic and have a proven track record and expertise in the investment sphere of Real Estate.
With at least 10 years of post-qualification experience, you will have established strong client relationships with a following.
We will however consider applicants with less qualification experience but who can demonstrate the qualities we are looking for.
It goes without saying that leading and being actively involved in business development is a crucial part of being a partner and as such you will have developed strong business development skills coupled with a real vision of how to grow this part of our practice.
