We work flexibly and you will be empowered to work where you do your best work, balancing your individual needs with the need for us to engage as teams and deliver excellent client service.

Day to day, you’ll be successful in this role by:
The work the team do is varied and will involve assisting with large scale projects including assisting the lawyers on mixed use shopping centres, retail parks, acquisitions, residential projects and commercial landlord and tenant matters. This is a significant opportunity for someone to gain excellent experience in many different areas of commercial property.
You will work closely with the team on large scale projects, assisting with title due diligence and reporting, including collating and reviewing searches, enquiries, planning and title information and preparing Certificates of Title/reports on title. You will help manage online data rooms and assist with post-completion work for our clients, such as making land registry applications, processing SDLT returns, and updating/registering property titles.
You will also have the opportunity to get involved with ad hoc projects (small and large) as and when these arise, with the assistance of other members of the team. We work across the whole division so there will be opportunities for you to assist our lawyers across all 7 of our offices.
It is an integral part of this role that you comply with data security and all firm policies and procedures
