We are currently looking for a Billing Assistant to support with the preparation and dispatch of Work in Progress (WIP) for the team in agreed timelines. The firm currently has a decentralized billing approach, however there is a need to produce some bills centrally for a few teams and process the regular monthly WIP management routines.A larger project is currently underway to replace the firms Practice Management System from Elite Enterprise to 3E.
