Harriet deals with complex and high value estates, many of which have an agricultural or business element; cross border estates; and advises clients on tax mitigation.
Harriet is a Senior Associate and Chartered Legal Executive within the Private Capital team, specialising in estate administration and lifetime planning. Harriet has over 11 years’ experience in this field, with over three of those at Clarke Willmott. She approaches the administration of an estate within the wider context of the family’s wealth planning, for example not merely with a view to mitigating tax but also considering the protection of assets for the next generation. Harriet often assists beneficiaries with their own lifetime planning following receipt of their inheritance.
