Henry uses his significant knowledge and expertise to provide sound practical advice on a broad range of contentious property issues
Henry is an Associate in our Property Litigation Team specialising in real property disputes (including adverse possession, rights of way and rights of light), restrictive covenants, professional negligence claims arising out of property transactions, and the Electronic Communications Code.
Henry graduated from Reading University in 2015 with first class honours in Law. Henry joined Clarke Willmott shortly afterwards as a paralegal and completed his training contract with the firm, qualifying in 2020.
Henry regularly advises an array of clients including public bodies, developers, PLCs, housing associations and private individuals in connection with (among other things):
• Restrictive covenants affecting land, and strategies to avoid the risk of enforcement.
• The removal of telecoms equipment from land to facilitate redevelopment (including dealing with litigation in the Tribunal).
• Claims against solicitors and surveyors in professional negligence relating to the handling of property transactions.
