Raluca is a solicitor in our corporate & commercial law team and provides corporate expertise and support on a variety of transaction types
Having worked as a Corporate lawyer for several well respected national law firms, Raluca has built a strong foundation in M&A, joint ventures and complex reorganisations which has allowed her to develop a broad experience on a wide variety of different transactions. Recently, Raluca has focused on tax-driven reorganisations and various investment funds workstreams, advising both private and public companies.
Having started her legal career seven years ago and qualifying via the SQE route, Raluca gained hands-on experience early in her career which proves very helpful in combining technical expertise with a pragmatic, business-focused approach.
Raluca assists with identifying and delivering commercially focused legal solutions to businesses within the SME sphere. She advises on a broad range of transactions, spanning from shareholders’ agreements, buybacks of shares, reorganisations and due-diligence exercises to business acquisitions or disposals.
Raluca is also part of the Bristol Junior Chambers.
