Allanagh Davies

Allanagh is a solicitor in the Commercial Property Team in Bristol. Allanagh qualified as a solicitor in September 2022, having completed her training contract with a regional firm based in Oxfordshire. She joined Clarke Willmott in February 2024.

Allanagh works with a wide range of clients in both the public and private sectors, dealing with all aspects of commercial property.

Experience

• Acting for Local Authorities on a variety of matters including commercial leases, acquisitions of social housing units and disposals of commercial property.
• Assisting the team in acting for both Landowners and Energy Companies in renewable energy matters, including options for solar panel and battery storage leases.
• Dealing with the grant of new leases and licences, lease renewals, and agreements for lease from both a landlord and tenant perspective across various sectors including Social Housing and Retail & Leisure.
• Assisting the team with development matters, including acting on matters ancillary to development (relating to infrastructure and the grant/release of rights and covenants).
