Alana is a solicitor in Clarke Willmott’s Property Litigation team and regularly advises a diverse range of clients, including insurers, developers and corporate entities in complex property damage claims.
Alana has a background in advising a diverse range of clients, including individuals, insurers, registered providers, developers and landlords, on a variety of property disputes. Alana has experience in breach of lease claims, with a focus on breach of repairing covenants, as well as advising clients on possession cases, service charge challenges, boundary disputes, shared ownership leases, and lease renewals under the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954.
Alana has experience of representing clients in the First-Tier Tribunal (Property Chamber) and at Court.
