Providing trusted legal advice to social housing landlords in all areas of housing management, Claire is a solicitor within the Housing Management team.
Claire previously worked at Citizens Advice for 15 years progressing from a volunteer general adviser to Caseworker and then onto Team Leader.
She then went on to work for a large housing association in their in-house legal team, initially joining as Paralegal. Claire qualified as a Solicitor in December 2022 and was appointed the role of a Housing Litigation Solicitor prior to joining Clarke Willmott.
Claire has dealt with a range of housing management matters that have involved disrepair, injunctions, possession as well as provided general housing management advice.
