He has particular experience in residential development work assisting developers and housebuilders on the acquisitions and sales of land for development purposes.

- Acquisition of a multi-let building in Trafford on behalf of a Cheshire based client for over £1.1 million. The Property was subject to four long leases and seven occupational leases.
- Providing corporate support on the sale of a Lancashire based care home for approximately £2million.
- Assisting with the dissolution of a charitable trust and transfer of security to a Charitable Incorporated Organisation
