Working with us
Established in 2005, our office has continued to go from strength to strength with over 50 staff, including 14 partners.
We moved to Colmore Row in 2021 and pioneered the firm’s approach to hybrid working. This is an approach we have and will continue to retain.
The office is designed with flexible working at its forefront being equipped with private booths, relaxed lounges and state of the art meeting rooms so everyone can work in a space that is tailored to their needs and those of our clients.
You will have plenty of time to meet others and socialise in our Business Lounge and work closely with your team in our open plan office. Our teams work closely together, so you will be able to experience the variety of services we offer.
We have an active social committee who hosts a range of fun, sociable events such as quiz nights, dining out, golf evenings and our Christmas party.
Our Birmingham office is also linked to Colmore Collective, a committee that organises inclusive and open events in the heart of Birmingham to help young professionals in the legal and finance sectors.

The office continues to grow and expand and it has recently welcomed additions to the banking and finance team , corporate team and housing management team.
The office prides itself on developing and working across our teams and has a strong collegiate approach to working with our clients and referrers to maximise the client service and develop our staff.

Career progression in Birmingham
Last year, we announced several internal promotions as part of our ongoing plans for growth and expansion in our Birmingham office including a number in our commercial property team, which is one of the largest specialist commercial property teams in the UK.
