Naomi Cunningham joins as a partner at Clarke Willmott

Experienced property litigation lawyer Naomi Cunningham has joined our Taunton office.

Naomi has experience in a broad range of property disputes and advisory work, both within the private and public sectors.

She has advised government departments, housing developers, retailers, PLCs and private individuals on issues ranging from high value and complex litigation to routine estate management.

Naomi has a particular expertise in advisory support and development across a range of contentious issues including options, development and promotion agreements and land acquisition and clearance.

Prior to joining Clarke Willmott, she was a Managing Associate at Womble Bond Dickinson and a Senior Associate at Michelmores.

Graham McIntyre, Head of the Property Litigation team at Clarke Willmott, said: “Naomi uses her many years of experience to support clients in achieving successful outcomes with proactive advice and risk mitigation through to guiding them in formal dispute resolution processes, to include litigation, expert determination and mediation.
