How Carly can help you

Carly specialises in helping developer and housing association clients following their acquisition of a site in progressing their sales through to completion and also any post completion actions such as resales, end of site actions involving management companies, etc.

Experience

  • Carly acted for a large housing association client in respect of a long term project to support homeless people who were being housed in temporary accommodation at the start of the Covid crisis.
  • The project involved the housing association acquiring approximately 20 one bed properties of mainly leasehold tenure. These properties were acquired to provide long-term secure housing for rough sleepers, who would also receive tailored support from their local Council.
  • Over 12 properties have been purchased under this project now with further instructions received and progressing to exchange / completion.
