Matthew has derived experience from prior roles both in private practice and in-house within the social housing sector. Matthew was most recently lead housing management solicitor in an in-house legal team for a large registered provider of social housing.
Selina is a solicitor in the commercial property team based in Cardiff. Selina joined Clarke Willmott as a paralegal in 2021 and later qualified as a solicitor in the commercial property team in December 2023.
Alana is an experienced property litigator and deals with disputes in and out of the Courts and Tribunal and is well versed in the civil litigation process.
