Priscilla heads up the Renewable Energy Sector at Clarke Willmott. With expertise in the area of energy and natural resources, Priscilla has been involved in projects spanning the electricity, gas, waste recycling, renewable energy and water sectors. Priscilla drafts, negotiates and advises on a range of construction and engineering contracts (including international contracts), collateral warranties, professional appointments, bonds and guarantees. Priscilla also advises employers, funders, developers, contractors and subcontractors on a range of projects including private finance initiatives. She is a member of the Society of Construction Law and is a Fellow of the Forum of the Built Environment. She also has an MSc in Construction Law and Arbitration from King's College London. She is recognised as a leader in the construction law field by the Chambers and Legal 500 directories.
